Work Family Balance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Dublin, Ohio that supports and advocates for working parents and their children, ages 0-12.
Our mission is to address poor work life balance in the workforce and to increase working parents’ work life balance for greater health and happiness.
Work Family Balance has four primary goals:
+ Help working parents address and overcome the most common negative emotions they experience: fear, stress, guilt, frustration, anger, anxiety, and loneliness.
+ Connect working parents with expert multidisciplinary support and resources so they can better manage their negative emotions and behaviors, and become healthier and happier parents and more focused employees.
+ Support working parents by helping them find an adequate balance between work and family where they feel satisfied and content. The goal is satisfaction, not perfection.
+ Advocate for working parents and children by urging bipartisan support in Congress for family-friendly policies that make it easier for parents to balance work and family.
