GENERAL INFO

The Village Family Collective (VFC) is a virtual network of various supports for children and families of all types and sizes. We are a collective of services, by invite only, that is free for the user to access. Regional directories will be established.

Participating businesses within the network will enjoy our referral nest, trusted stamp of approval, inclusion with our online business directory, periodic meetings to maintain cohesiveness and support and relationships, access to periodic planned philanthropic opportunities to give back to our community and establish our names as businesses within our regions.

All businesses within the Village Family Collective will need to go through an application and on-boarding process.

  • Limitless referrals within the network
  • Take advantage of Logo/ Branding for the Collective, Website and Upkeep, each business gets a directory page to personalize
  • Personalized posts to Local Collective Social Media Accounts and expansive audience and network
  • Advertising Materials, Expo Entrance Fees, as applicable
  • Membership Agreements, with own code of ethics

  • Monthly ZOOM meetings to address needs of the Collective and promotion and networking opportunities
  • Quarterly Service Project and All-Collective (Village + Venture) Networking opportunities

CODE OF ETHICS

  1. Do no harm.
  2. Represent the Collective in your interactions with clients and within your delivered work.
  3. Be true and loyal to the Collective. Keep referrals within the Collective unless it is not the best interest of the client.
  4. Do not misrepresent yourself or your credentials.
  5. Do not misrepresent the Collective.
  6. Maintain and Uphold your credentials and licensure and continuing education in your discipline.

MEMBERSHIP MAINTENANCE CRITERIA

  1. Uphold the VFC Code of Ethics.
  2. Maintain 4 stars average in the online rating system within the directory.
  3. Payment of Monthly and Yearly Dues on time. If any invoice is 60 days past due, you will be deleted from the online directory and will no longer be able to represent yourself as a business within the VFC.
  4. Welcome on-site visits conducted by VFC representatives.
  5. Maintain General Liability Insurance of at least 2 million aggregate and any other licensure, regulations and insurances that pertain to your industry and be able to provide proof of this upon request.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For the price of a box of fliers monthly, you can enjoy a comfortable, limitless referral nest, method of giving back to your local community, and inclusion in an elite group of individuals and businesses local to your area.

  1. Elite Monthly: $275/month
    • Listed in Online Directory- linked to your website and/or social media of choice.
    • Opportunities to participate in Periodic VBC Meetings and Planned Community Philanthropic Opportunities and Events (virtual and in-person).
    • Unlimited Referrals within the network
    • 8 Blog Posts Per Year on VBC Website and Social Media Pages
    • Information brought individually in addition to VBC general information to any promotional expo (provided by business and passed out by representative working the expo).
    • Earn Free Months by Offering Educational Workshops to Members of VBC
    • You can be listed in 2 categories for an additional $150 per category/month
  2. Elite Yearly: $2900 for 12 months, Savings of $400 from monthly option.
    • Everything within Elite Monthly, but at a yearly savings for advance payment, no refunds will be given. 
  3. Basic Monthly: $200/month
    • Listed in Online Directory- linked to your website and/or social media of choice.
    • Opportunities to participate in Periodic VBC Meetings and Planned Community Philanthropic Opportunities and Events (virtual and in-person).
    • Unlimited Referrals within the network
    • 2 Blog Posts per year, posted on VBC Website and Social Media Pages
  4. Basic Yearly: $2150 for 12 months, Savings of $250 per year
    • Everything within Basic Monthly, but at a yearly savings for advance payment, no refunds will be given.
  5. Ad Space: $200 for 6 months/ $300 for 12 months
    • A listing profile in our “Local Products and Places We Can Get Behind’ category of our online directory.
  6. Ad Member: $1200 for 12 months, includes ad space for those 12 months
    • A paired down version of our memberships; get access to educational workshops, events and virtual monthly meetings.
    • Listed in our Online Directory in the Local Products and Places Category- linked to your website and/or social media or choice.
    • Opportunities to participate in Monthly Meetings, Educational Workshops and Planned Community Philanthropic Opportunities and Events (virtual and in-person).
