Working with Alyssa has been an amazing experience. I started seeing her for thyroid issues I developed postpartum. With her help, I’ve completely recovered! My thyroid levels are in a healthy range, I have much more energy and a better quality of life than before, and I’ve improved my relationship with food. What I love about her approach is that she sets very doable goals, which compound on each other over time. Nothing feels too overwhelming, and the process has felt so easy. I’m pregnant with our second child now, and am so grateful for her guidance throughout this pregnancy. I recommend her to everyone I know! Honestly, she has changed my life!

A huge help with healing

I’ve been working with Alyssa since about 4 or 5 months postpartum. I was experiencing a lot of gut health issues, having issues with stool, and wanted to make sure i was adequately nourishing my body ans baby. This is my first child and Alyssa has been a huge help in maintaining a balanced and nourishing lifestyle while working through some necessary eliminations for my daughter’s intolerance. I’m very thankful for being under her care.

I reached out to Alyssa when my husband and I realized getting pregnant a second time was not going as smoothly as we had hoped. I was determined to do everything I could to help my body. Alyssa is a wealth of information and really takes the time to get to know her patients. She not only evaluated and offered advice on the food choices I was making, but she also looked at my bloodwork results to recommend supplements, we talked about sleep habits, and how to manage stress through mediation practice. When we got some devastating test results, I messaged her and she reassured me that we can make improvements through nutrition and environmental changes. My husband is now meeting with her! We have not gotten pregnant yet, but I know working with Alyssa is helping us take steps in the right direction.
